About Sandra Ohlenschlager
Sandra Ohlenschlager received her Bachelor’s Degree in Physical therapy in 1986 at the University of Pretoria, South Africa. She started working in a hospital setting and transferred into working in outpatient clinics. She has worked in an outpatient setting for 30+ years. During her time working with outpatients she became interested in working with patients who have chronic pain and soft tissue injuries which led to her specialization in those fields.
When she is working with patients they are important to her both as a patient and as a person. She listens to what patients say and makes that the focus of the treatment plan. She works with patients to help solve their problems to the best of her ability so they can continue with their lives. In regards to treatment she has certifications in myofascial trigger point and dry needling techniques.
