About Jonathan Jezequel
Jonathan Jezequel believes strongly in the power of a strategy based on scientific research, on-site clinical experience, and individual patient goals. He works diligently and one-on-one with each patient to ensure a prompt and comprehensive recovery and return to function. He received his B.S. from Wheaton College where he studied Kinesiology and Applied Health Sciences and graduated magna cum laude. He went on to earn his Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from Columbia University and was the Faculty Excellence in Orthopaedics Award Laureate. A soccer player himself, his areas of special interest includes treating hip, knee and ankle pathologies in general, and soccer-related injuries in particular, including acute and chronic tendinopathies and patellofemoral pain syndrome. Jonathan is double board-certified in orthopedics and sports through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties. He is also a laboratory instructor in several classes at the Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons Program in Physical Therapy. He holds memberships in the American Physical Therapy Association and its New York Physical Therapy chapter.
