About Jill Sinda

Jill Sinda, M.S., P.T. was born in Sioux City, Iowa and received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Arizona and her Physical Therapy Masters’s degree from Des Moines University. She has had over 30 years of experience treating acute and chronic pain patients and is an expert in her field of orthopedic rehabilitation. She has taken additional coursework and training in Osteopathic techniques, including Strain/Counterstrain, Myofascial release, and Craniosacral therapy. She has also worked with patients whose diagnoses include: neck and low back pain, sport injuries, brain injury, concussions, headaches, temporomandibular disorder (TMJ), and fibromyalgia. By utilizing her skills, Jill believes in finding and treating the underlying cause of a patient’s problem, not just the symptoms. Patients then have a permanent fix rather than just a band-aid approach to their symptoms which allows them to be able to return to their normal life.
