About Carli McWilliams
Carli McWilliams earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities, after receiving a Bachelor of Applied Science in Exercise Science from the University of Minnesota-Duluth. Carli has a passion for helping people reach their full potential through manual therapy techniques and specific exercises to target the root of her patient’s pain and dysfunction. She implements education of movement and encourages her patients to take an active role in their rehabilitation. From the initial visit, she builds trust and rapport and develops a plan of care with a team approach to reflect her patient’s goals. Carli aims to bring out the athlete in all of us whether it is rehabbing back to your specific sport, being a weekend warrior, or getting back to playing with your grandchildren pain free. In her free time, she enjoys going paddleboarding with her dog, strength training, running, and traveling.
