About Caleb Limesand
Caleb Limesand’s passion for physical therapy began through his lifelong involvement in sports. Growing up playing hockey, football, and baseball, he gained early exposure to athletic injuries and the rehabilitation process. In college, Caleb expanded his athletic interests by participating in intramural basketball and soccer and completing a half-marathon—experiences that deepened his understanding of the unique challenges and potential injuries across a variety of sports.
Today, Caleb enjoys staying active by playing pickleball and going to the gym with his wife.
Caleb earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Minnesota after completing his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science at the University of St. Thomas.
Having personally dealt with back and shoulder injuries, Caleb has developed a special interest in treating these areas. However, he has experience treating a wide range of conditions throughout the body. His treatment approach incorporates various manual therapy techniques, including soft tissue mobilization, joint mobilizations and manipulations, and individualized corrective exercises to support long-term recovery and performance.
