Care Escalation: What you need, when you need it.

Injuries can be scary. And navigating the healthcare system to make sure you’re getting the best, fastest, in-network care for your unique condition, lifestyle and budget can be even worse. Trying to do it all when you’re in pain? Forget about it.

At Orthology, we know how impossible it can feel to get the care you need. That’s why we’ve created a network of best-in-class specialists, surgeons and care centers to help our patients get the care they need, the moment they need it.

Start With Orthology

Orthology providers are experts in diagnosing the root cause of pain or injury, so they can get you the care best suited to both recovery and long-term pain-free movement. And while we at Orthology—and the rest of the medical community—know that minimally invasive treatments like physical therapy and chiropractic are the best first line of care, some types of pain or injury require more.

Your Orthology provider will monitor you closely throughout your plan of care to ensure you’re recovering. If your recovery isn’t progressing as quickly as it could, your provider will work with Orthology’s in-house care escalation team to coordinate your next step in treatment.

What’s Next

The Orthology care escalation team has built a network of orthopedic specialists, surgeons and care centers, Centers of Excellence as we refer to them, in the Twin Cities area, and coming soon to the New York and Long Island area.

Each Center of Excellence was specially selected by a rigorous review from Orthology’s:

  • Clinical Council, who assess each Center’s clinical methodology and philosophy of treatment
  • Provider team, who recommend Centers of Excellence based on personal experience co-treating patients and evaluating outcomes
  • Leadership team, who evaluates service costs, reviews and patient feedback

Just as important as where you go for the next step in your plan of care is how you get there. Orthology’s care escalation team will work with you to recommend the Centers of Excellence that are best-suited to treat your unique condition, and help you make the decision that’s best for your plan of care.

They’ll also work with your insurance provider to make sure you know which options are in-network with your plan, and they’ll take into account where you live and work to find a location that fits your needs.

And, because Orthology’s care escalation team has a relationship with each Center of Excellence, we’re often able to get you into an appointment much more quickly than you could on your own.

We’ve Got Your Back
